Depositions of Witnesses taken at
London that is to say, at the parish of
Saint Bartholomew the Less in the Ward
of Farringdon without in London aforesaid
this 18th. day ofMayAugust 1795 on
view of the Body of Peter Sullivan< no role > now
here lying Dead.

George Radway< no role > a Cabinet maker lodging at the House of
John Channel< no role > of Long Alley Crown Street Moorfields in the
County of Middlesex maketh oath that he hath known the
deced Peter Sullivan< no role > between seven & eight months that he was
a Bricklayers Labourer -Dept went to the said House on
Thursday last to lodge that the deced slept in the same Bed with
Dept. on that Night in a three pair of Stairs front Room in said
house-that the deced also slept in the same bed with Dept on the night following
Friday-that on the Saturday Night the Landlord telling Dept
he might have a Bed to himself in the same Room Dept went to
Bed about ½ past ten that there were two pr. Beds in the Room
beside the one Dept slept in Dept. fell asleep-about four oClock
Dept was awakened by a person coming into the Room & saying
Sullivan was fell out of the WindowHear expect thingsthat about
seven oClock Dept got up that the Sash of the Window being open
Dept. looked out & saw some human exerement lying in the Gutter between the Window & Wall of the House which
appeared to the fresh &experience of theone of the Files which covers
the parcepet or top of the wall of the front of the Horse was gone
the Martas appeared a fresh as if the Tile had been lately gone

John Sadler< no role > a Mariner lodging at the House of the abovenamed
John Channel< no role > maketh Oath that he has lodged at said House about
eight months during which time the deced also lodged in same
House-that a little before me on Sunday Morning last the deced
being very much intoxicated and then being in a lower Room in
Mr. Channel House Depthelped himasked him if he would go
to bed Dept. went up one pair of Stairs the deced followed that the
deced being very much intoxicated was going into a wrong Room
Dept took hold of him & helped him up to the three pair of stairs
front Room the deced lay uponupthe Bed and was so insensible with
Liquor he would not let Dept help him off with his Cloaths Dept
then left him and went to Bed in his own Room theabout four oClocktwo pair of Stairs
forward under the Room the deced slept in that about four oClock
Dept. was awakened by a Noise of some persons under his Window
Dept. got out of Bed opened his Window & looked out whom some persons
underneath sayed they believed a person had fell from the top of the House
