& was gone to the Hospital Dept. put him Cloaths on & went
up to the deceds Room & found him missingthat two persons
were a sleep is one Bed & the last Witness Red way a sleep in
the other BedDept. went & acquainted the Landlord Mr.
Channel that he believes Sullivan the deceds had fallen from the
top of the House & was gone to the Hospital that by the desire of Mr.
Channel Dept. went to Bartholomews Hospital & found
him lying on a Bed in the Hospital quite insensibleDept.
left him there & understood the deced died soon after he left him [..]

Middlesex one of the Patrole of Shoreditch Parish maketh
Oath that a little before 4 OClock on Sunday Morning last
Dept. going his Rounds discovered the deced lying upon the
Pavement in Long Alley that his Breeches were down
no And nor [..] Shoes on Dept. had heard something fall
fint before & found pieces of a dill lying near the deced.
That the deced was quite insensible that blood came from
that left side of his Head & from his Nose & Mouth that soon
after the deced was taken away in order to be taken to the Hospital
