LondonDeposition of a Witness taken at London that
is to say, at the parish of Saint Bridget otherwise
Bride in the Ward of Farringdon without in
London aforesaid this 27th. day of November
1794 on view of the Body of James Wadham< no role >
now here Lying Dead

James Knight< no role > a Prisoner for Dept. in His Majestys Parish
the Fleet maketh Oath that he hath known the deced James
Wadham near ten Years that he hath been a Prisoner in the
said Prison Seven Months & upwardsThat the deced was
taken ill last sunday Evening with a violent Sore Throat
that he continued to get worse daily until last night about
½ part Five OClock when he departed this Life-That he
was attended by a Surgeon during his illnes-that Dept has
no doubt the aforesaid disorder occasioned the deced
Death.
