on the first day August in the year aforesaid being a prisoner in the prison of our Lord the King of
the Fleet
situate in the parish and Ward aforesaid and being then and there sick and languishing
It so happened that afterwards on the same day and year aforesaid the said

aforesaid by the visitation of God died a natural death and by no violent means
or manner whatsoever In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
