James Mason< no role > Servant to the last Witness maketh
Oath that about two OClock on wednesday afternoon
last the deced & her Husband came into his Master Tap
Room that they sat down in the same Box where
one Mr. Aaron or Mr. King were that they called
for at Point of Beer which they had that Dept think
they were both sober that the deced having put an Orange the Table a Mr Kingston gave she
Orange to the deceds Husband who put into the
deceds Aprons that the deced [..]
[..] missing the Orange sayed to Mr King
you Where you have got my Orange upon Mrs.
King saying she had not got it the deced used very
abusive Language & attempted to strike Mrs
King that the make a Blowat Mrs King but missed
her that then a scuffle & the deced struck
Mrs King twice in the Race that Mrs King struck
the deced twice one Blow Dept. believes was on
her Nose as the deceds Nose bled That Mr white
they went fighting the deceds Has band sayed to
the deced you Bloody Where Ill knock your other
Eye out if you dont [..] that then Depts. Master came out and
parted then & turned them out of Doors that the
deced didn't appear much hurt that Dept. saw
the deced next Day & on Friday that he appeared
in very good Health

Skinner Street Shoemaker maketh Oath that about
two OClock on Wednesday afternoon last he was in let
Al [..] Jap Room when the words began with the deced
of Mrs. King that the deced struck the Mrs. King find that
then Mrs. King struck the deced that Mrs. King struck
the deced a Blow about the Head and she fell down
upon her Back & Mrs. King fell up on her Dept.
immediately took Mrs. King from off the deced and
