parish of Saint Dunstan in the East
in the Ward of Tower in London
aforesaid on the tenth day of September
in the thirty third year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain
France and Ireland King Defender of the faith and a forth before

City of London
who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged inquire for our said Lord the King
when how and in what manner the said man unknown came to his death say upon their Oath that
a certain person or persons to the Jurors aforesaid unknown on the ninth day of September in the year
aforesaid at the parish and Ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid being Sovereign a certain Bundle of Hoop
Iron of Great Weight from and out of a certain Warehouse the belonging toGascoigne of the
Parish and Ward
aforesid and the said man unknown being standing never the said

and under the said Bundle of Hoops while the same was so lowering as aforesaid It so happened that the
Rope by which the said Bundle of Iron hoops was suspended accidentaly casually and by misfortune
gave way and the said Bundle of Hooper fell with great force and violence to and upon the head of the said
man unknown by means whereof the said man unknown was violently force to and upon
the Ground and against the stone pavement there whereby the said man unknown die then and
there receive one mortal fracture in and upon the head of him the said man unknown of which
said mortal fracture he the said man unknown die the and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said man unknown casually and by misfortune and accidentally
