London Deposition of a Witness taken at London
that is to say, at the Parish of Christ
Church in the Ward of Farringdon within
in London aforesaid this 9th day of October
1792 on view of the Body of Thomas Osborne< no role >
now here Lying Dead.

William Denzell< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty< no role > 's Gaol of
Newgate Maketh Oath that he hath known the deced
Thomas Osborne< no role > about two Years
That he was also a Prisoner in the said Gaol That he came
into the Sick Ward where Dept. attends about the 19th day of
August last very ill with a bad Leg and a Fever that he
continued ill for about a Week when getting well of the Fever
he ask to continue a few days Longer in the Sick Ward That in the
Course of a few days he caught a Fresh Fever and continued
to get worie daily until Yesterday Morning when he
departed this Life - That he was attended by the Surgeon
of the Gaol during his illness and Dept. has no doubt the
Fever occasioned the deceds death.
