that is to say at the parish of Saint Leonard Eastcheap
in the Ward of Bridge in London
aforesaid on the
Thirdday of October in the thirty second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the third by the Grace of Goe of Great Britain France and Ireland King defender of the
faith and so forth before

and lawful men of the City of London
aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and
charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner
the said woman unknown came to her death say upon their Oath that the said
Woman
unknown on the second day of October in the year aforesaid laing going and
Passing along
[..] the a certain public street and common highway, their called
street
and a certain person to the Jurors unknown
being then and there drivelly certain Cart drawn by two Horses along and
thro the said street It so happened that the said woman unknown did then and
there accidentally fall upon the ground there and near to the said Cart while the same
was passing on as aforesaid by means whereof the off wheel of the said Cart did then and there
accidentally go upon and passover the Head of the said woman unknown by means
whereof the said Woman unknown did then and there receive one mortal fracture
in and upon her said head of which said mortal fracture the said woman unknown
on the day and year aforesaid did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid
do say that the said woman unknown in manner and by the means aforesaid
accidentally
casually and by misfortune was accidentally Richd
came to her death and not otherwiseand that the off wheel of
the said Cart was moving to the death of the said woman unknown and is of the value of 2s and 6d
and the property and in the possession of
