John Cook< no role > a Prisoner for Debt. in His Majesty< no role > 's
Gaol for the County of Jurrey maketh Oath That he
hath known the deced William Colbrand< no role > about Ten
Weeks That he was also a Prisoner for Debt. in the said
Gaol - That he has been ill in a Gingering That the whole
of That time - That about there Cart Ten days he has been
[..] much worie - and confined some part of the time to
his Bed - Tuesday Morning last the deced appeared
much Worse and seemed to be in a dying that and
continued to get worse until Yesterday Morning
when he departed this Life - That he was attended
by the Surgeon of the Gaol and had as much came taking
of him as the situation of the place would admit
