the deced John Jones< no role >
between swen and eight Yearsthat
he was as Waterman
and med to ply as propper Alley Stairs
that the last time dept. saw the deced was above seven O Clock
in the evening of the sixth or [..] swenth of December last
that he went with Dept. in a small skiff a Boat Bolonging
the Dept. Master. that Dept. [mark] quitted
the skiff and went on bard arepel lying off the Fowerthat
he left the deced in the shiff and saw him new towards
London Bridge
where Dept. understand the deced had some
swin of to do. that as the time Dept. quitted the Shiff [..]
[..] the deced appeared very much
intoxicated with Liquor but not in capable of managing the
Boat he was inthat Dept. from what he heard the same
Evening undo apprehended the deced was drowned.

Yesterday Dept. being in a Boat on the River Thames
nearby
opposite the Bridge

found the deced that upon getting him [..] up to
the top of the Water he appeared to have been a long while in
the Waterthat Dept. and one John which he towed the body
on share and informed the Beadle of the parish
