duly chosen Sworn and Charged to Inquire for our said Lord the King when how and
in what manner the said

then lately before accidentally casually and by misfortune fell into the

and in and with the Waters of the said River was then lately before
suffocated and drowned of which said suffocation and drowning the said

then lately before die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the

accidentally Drowned In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
