aforesaid in the said County of
Surrey who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to Inquire for our said Lord the
King when how and in what manner the said

came to his death say upon
their Oath that the said

on the first day of may in the Year aforesaid being
in and on board of a certain Vessel called the Eleanor lying in the River Thames
Accidentally
casually and by misfortune fell from and out of the said Vessel into the said River Thames
and in and with the Waters of the said River was then and there suffocated and drowned of which
said suffocation and Drowning he the said

the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said

and by the means aforesaid casually and by misfortune was accidentally Drowned
