Constable and William Coates< no role > of No. 27 little East cheap
London Oilman & a Constable of the City of London severally
make Oath and say that about ½ part One Yesterday Morning
as Dept. were going their rounds (being Constables of the
Ward of Billingsgate ) in Dark house Lane they saw the
deced lying on the Ground with several people about her
that Dept. John Freere inquired of the deced to what parish
the belonged the sayed the Queenhithe that she appeared
very much in Liquor that she appeared very dirty and
much distressed [..] both Dept. say they have seen the
deced several times before about the Streets begging that
she seemed very weak and low that she had a very bad
Leg and some of the To [..] of her left Leg appeared
to be rotted off with some disease that Dept. called to
one of the Watchman near there to assist in placing the
deced on a Shutter in order to take her to the Poultry Compter
she being incapable of walking. that she was taken on the
Shutter by< no role > four of the Watchmen the poultry Compter
where Dept. left her in charge of some of Mr. West: (the
Keeper ) people that she was put into a Room with another
Woman in order to be taken the next Morning before a
Magistrate to be passed to her parish
