aforesaid who being now here duly chosen Sworn and Charged to inquire for our said Lord the King
when how and in what manner the said

came to his death say Upon their Oath that the
said

on the twenty Sixth day of June in the thirty second Year aforesaid being driving
a certain Cart drawn by three Horses along and through a Certain Road situate at Hoxton
in the
County of Middlesex
It so happened that the Stick fixed to the Chain or Trace belonging to the middle
Horse drawing the said Cart accidentally and by misfortune did strike against the said Henry
Webb by means whereof the said

was then and there forced to the Ground there and the
near Wheel of the said Cart did then and there accidentally go upon and pass over the body of
him the said

by means whereof he the said
Henry Webb< no role >
did then and there receive
divers mortal Bruises and Contusions in and upon his said Body of which said Mortal Bruises and
Contusions he the said

did then and there die. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their
Oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid
casually and by misfortune was accidentally killed And that the said near Wheel of the said Cart
was moving to the death of the said

and is of the value of One Shilling and the property and
in the possession of
