Men of the Parish aforesaid who being now here duly Chosen Sworn and Charged to inquire
for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

say upon their Oath that the said

on the ninth day of November in the Year aforesaid
being in a certain Stable there situate and near unto a Certain Horse then being in the said
Stable It so happened that the said Horse accidentally Casually and by misfortune did violently
did kick the said

in and upon his head by means whereof he the said

did then and there receive divers Mortal Wounds and bruises in and upon his said Head of which
said Mortal Wounds and Bruises he the said

did then and there die And so the
Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the
means aforesaid casually and by misfortune was accidentally killed and that the said Horse was
moving to the death of the said

and is of the value of two Shillings and six
Pence and is the property and in the possession of

of the Parish aforesaid within
the Borough
aforesaid in the County aforesaid In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner
