Morning of Thursday last on Dept going to the House of
Mr. Dyer of Bishopsgate Street

observed a great Croud at the House of Mr. Robinson an
Apothecary
near Mr. Dyers House & on looking in at the
Window he observed a Woman sitting in a Chair in Mr.
Robinson's Shop
that he appeared quite insensible &
very bloody & appeared to have a large Wound over the
right Eyethat Dept. went to Mr. Dyer and upon
the pavement near Mr. Dyers House he observed a Window
Frame. that one corner of the Window Frame appeared
bloody & Dept. then [..] ded the Window Frame had
fell on the Womanthat Dept. returned to Mr. Robinsons
House & helped to put the Woman into a Coachthat
Dept. came into the Coach with the Woman to Saint
Thomas's Hospital
where he left her about ½ past
Eleven O Clockthat the Woman groaned very much in the
Coach but was not sensible
