to Mr. Eames of same place maketh Oath that between
the hours of Eleven & twelve in the forenoon of Thursday
last Dept. going to shut the shutters of the one pair of
Stairs Room fronting the street of said saw a Sash
Frame fall from a one pair of stairs Window of a front
Room opposite to where Dept. lives. That in falling it
fell upon top of a Woman just then passingthat the
Woman
and the Sash Frame fell [..] down upon the
Pavement togetherthat she saw some Blood come from
the Womans Mouth and she appeared very much hurt
Dept. being much frightened left the Window [..]
[..] that some persons passing by took the deced
and the Window Frame from off the Pavement and Dept.
saw nothing more

Taylor & Habitmakerthat Dept. was upon the Leads
outside the Window and Stephens was in the Room for
the purpose of assisting Dept. that while Dept. was
scribing it with a pair of Compassor for the purpose of
placing it right in its place by some means it fell
form out of its place into the Streetthat on Dept.
looking down he saw a Woman lying bleeding in the
Streetthat in about five Minutes after the Window
Frame was brought up again
