and lawful men of the Parish and Ward aforesaid who being now here
duly chosen Sworn and Charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what
manner the said

came to her Death say upon their Oath that the said

not being of sound mind Memory and understanding but Lunatic and distracted on the Thirteenth
day of August in the Year aforesaid being in a certain Room in the upper Story of a certain House there
situate and being near unto the Window there. It so happened that the said a legal Crips accedintally
Casually and by misfortune fell from and out of the said Window into a certain Street and Lane
there situate called Bush Lane
and so and against the stone Pavement there by means where of
she the said

did then and there receive divers mortal Wounds and houses in and
upon the Head Back Sides Arms Legs and other parts of the Body of her said

of which said mortal wounds and bruises she the said

did then and there die
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said

being of sound mind memory and under standing but Lunatic and Distracted in manner
and by the means aforesaid casually and by misfortune was accidentally killed In
Witnesses whereof as well the said Corner as the said

said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his fellows in their presence have to this
Inquisition set their Hands and Seals the day Year and Place First above written
