a certain House situate in the Psh & Ward afd. and then
being in the sd. House It so happened that the sd House
accidy & cought Fire and was consumed and the
said John Cheaker< no role > so being in the said & House with
the Flames of the sd Fire was then and there Mortally
burned of which said barning the said John
Choaker did then and there die And so &
do say that the said John Cheaker< no role > in manure
and by the means afd. casually and by misford
