who being on Oath saith that on Sunday last about ten o Clock [..]
Deponent being in a Petre Boat belonging to a Mr Lewis of Crabtree< no role >

the way of Middlesex
and in which Boat the deceased then was asleep
and being then going off the Custom house
to Bob for Eels as the
Deponet was Rowing shrow London Bridge
she head of the said
Boat street against a piece of Timber which was writed a Cross
the second luct hom she Water works by the force of which she said Bovet
immediately sunk and Deponent caught hold of the said piece
of wood and ruioned there until a Boat put off to his assistance
that he saw no more of me deceased until about 11 o Clock of the same
night when the said Boat rore again off Billingate and she
deceased
was then lying at the head of the said Boat when he
appeared to the Deponent to be dead
