is to say at the Parish of Saint Botolph without Billingsgate
in the ward of Billingsgate

aforesaid on the eighth day of March
in the thirty first Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland Kind defender of
the faith and so forth before

aforesaid who being now here duty chosen sworn and charged to inquired from said Lord the King
when how and in what manner the said
Thomas Grocock< no role >
came to his death say
upon their Oath that the said
Thomas Grocock< no role >
on the third day of June in the
Year aforesaid being Oathing in the River Thames
Accidentally casually and by
Misfortune sunk under the waters of the said River and in and with the said
Waters was then and there suffocated and drowned Of which said suffocation
and drowning he the said

the Juror aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said Thomas
Grocock in manner and by the means aforesaid
[..] accidentally
casually and by misfortune was suffocated and drowned. In Witness whereof
as well the said Coroner as the said

the Foreman of the said Jurors on behalf
of himself and the rest of his fellows in their presence have to this Inquisition set their hands and
seals the day Year and place abovewritten.
