Accidy drowned by
falling out of a Boat
in [..] the River Thames

London

An Inquon Ct. taken & at Lond. (ie) at the
Parish of Saint Ann Blackfriers in the Ward of
Farringdon within in London afd. on the 7th day of
April in the 31st Year Etc before Etc on view of the
Body of Edward Fellows< no role > now here lying dead
by the Oath of Etc who being Etc say upon their
Oath that the said Edwd Fellows< no role > on the 22d day
of March in the Year afd. being in and on board of
a certain Boat on the River Thomas accidy casually
and by misfor free from and out of the said
Boat into the sd. River Thames and in and
with the Waters of the said River was then and
there Suffocated and drowned of wch said
Suffocon and drowning he the deced Edwd.
Fellows did then and there die and Etc
do say that the said Edwd. Fellows< no role > in
manner and by the means casually and
by misfortune was accidy drowned In
Witness Etc.
