sight hereof you summon and Warn twenty four good and sufficient men of your Parish
personally to be and appear before me on Friday the Eighth day of April instant
at Sixof the Clock in the Evening of the same day at Saint Bartholomew's
Hospital situate in the Parish of Saint Bartholomew the less in the Ward
aforesaid in London aforesaid
then and there to do and execute all such things that shall be give them in charge and to
inquire on the behalf of our
