To the Beadles and Constables of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the Ward
of Farringdon without

To wit By Virtue of my Office these are in his Majesty's name to charge and
command you that on sight here of you summon and warn twenty four good
and Sufficient men of your parish personally to be and appear before me
on Thursday theTwenty thirdDay of September at 6 of the Clock in the
evening of the same day of at the Hospital of Saint Bartholomew situate in your Parish and Ward

then and there to and execute all such things that shall be given them in charge
and to inquire on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King touching the death of
Richard Johnson< no role > and for so doing this shall be you Warrant and
that you attend at the time and place above mentioned to make are turn of
the names of those whom you have so Summoned and further to do and execute
such other matters as shall be then and there enjoined you and have you then
here this Warrant Given under my Hand and Seal this Twenty secondDay of
September 1790.
