Depositions of Witnesses taken at London that
is to say, at the Parish of Saint Bridget otherwise
Bride in the Ward of Farringdon without in London
aforesaid the 11th day of September 1790 on view of
the Body of William Gunsley Ayerst< no role > now here
lying Dead

Susannah Wife of Charles Barker< no role > a Prisoner for Debt in His
Majesty's Prison of the Fleet maketh Oath that he hath known the
deced William Gunsley Ayerst about six Weeks that he was also
a prisoner for Debt in the said Prisonthat the deced was ill when
he first came into the Prisoner with the Yellow Jaundice and also the
Gravel and stone that he was so ill as to be confined to his Bed
for those three Weeks past that Dept. attended the Deced during
his ill of did Nurse that the deced continued very ill until
last Night, (the 10th instt) when he departed this Life that he was
attended by Doctor Budd during his illness and also bye Physician
and Dept for no doubt the aforesaid disorder occasioned the deced
death.
