London maketh Oath and Saith that she
attended the deceased Richard Pardoe< no role >
since Monday Week last
as a Nurse that at the time she first attended him he was very
ill with a violet Purging and was so ill as to keep his Bed
that he continued to keep his Bed afflicted with the aforesaid
disorder until about Six o Clock in the Evening of Saturday last
(the 3d. inst:) when he departed this Life that his Brother
visited him several times during his illness and gave [..] deceased
Money to buy Wine and other Necessaries [..] which Dept.
bought for decedAnd Dept. has no doubt the aforesaid Complained
was the cause of his Death
