(the deced) was drowned and that Dept. had picked him
up and carried him on there when said Young Woman
devised Dept: to describe the deced's dress which he did
and then she said it must he him (meaning said Mr.
Bruce Mair< no role > ) and that he had been missing above a Week
that he had come from Scotland on a Vissit to her Father
and was a Mill Wright and Engine maker that on
Wednesday Sennight he had gone from her said Father's
House to view the Albion Mills Black friars Bridge
and the Water Works at London Bridge and had not
been heard of since.
