To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of that
Part of the Parish of St. Andrew, Holborn , which lies
above the Bars, in the County of Middlesex : And to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of
Saint Dionis Back Church in the City of London

MIDDLESEX .


WHEREAS Complaint has been made to Us, Two of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County
of Middlesex , (whereof one is of the Quorum) by the Church-
warden and Overseers of the Poor of that Part of the Parish of
Saint Andrew, Holborn , which lies above the Bars, in the said County,
That
James Williams< no role > Hath
lately come into said Part of the said Parish of Saint Andrew,
Holborn, endeavouring to settle there contrary to Law: And it ap-
peareth unto Us the said Justices, and we do adjudge, That He is
likely to become chargeable thereto; and upon Examination of
the said James Williams< no role > , taken upon Oath, it
father appeareth unto Us, and we do likewise adjudge, That,
the parish of saint Dionis Back Church aforesaid in
the said City of London
is the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
James Williams< no role >

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name to charge and command
the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the said Part of the
said Parish of Saint Andrew, Holborn , forthwith to remove and
convey the said
James Williams< no role >
from and out of the said Part of the said Parish, to the said Parish
of
Saint Dionis Back Church
and delivers Him to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, or to some or one of them, who are hereby required to
provide for Him according to Law: Given under our Hands
and Seals the 21st Day of February
One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Four
