be made on St. Thoma's day to choose two Collectors of the
Consolidated Rates, one for the Eastern, and the other for
the Western
division of the Ward, to be paid by the Ward and
to give Security; which he thought necessary to lay before this
meeting that Gentlemen might have time to consider of it
