And Mr. Hughes having withdrawn it was Moved that the
Agreement made by the said Committee with Messrs. Hughes
and Phillips as aforesaid be approved of by this Vestry And
being Seconded the Question was put and carried in the
Affirmative: Nem: Con.

Ordered that the said Agreement be carried into Execution
and that the Poor be removed to the House of the said Messrs.
Hughes and Phillips at Hoxton on Monday next the 6th. of
July instant.

Mr. Church Warden Green then observed that he had
enquired if there was any Reason for Complaint that the Organ
was not properly Tuned or cleaned, as had been mentioned at the
last Vestry, and found that such Complaint had been made
to him without Foundation

Church Rate

At a Public Vestry held for this Parish on Tuesday the Twenty
Eighth day of July in the Year 1767 In the Vestry Room of the
said Parish pursuant to public notice given in the Church for
that purpose It is Agreed by the Parishioners and Inhabitants
then Assembled that a Rate or Assessment be made upon the
Parishioners Inhabitants and other Occupiers of Houses,
Lands Tenements Shops Stalls Etc. in the said Parish for the
necessary Repairs of the Church and other necessary Expenses and
disbursements concerning the same for one Year Commencing
from Easter last past to Easter next ensuing at the rate of Six
pence in the pound to be computed according to the Land Tax
Books And It is directed that the Church Wardens do get such
Rate made and Confirmed as necessary.
