Property.
Mr. Maynard then observed that the Lease of the
Parish house
and land at Collier Row in the County of
Essex would expire at Michmas 1768 and he apprehended
that it would be necessary for the Church Wardens to go
down there this Summer and see what Condition that
Estate was in Upon which It was moved that the present
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor be desired
by this Vestry to go and take View of the said House
and Land and that they be indemnified their Expences
on that occasion And the Question being put on the
said Motion It was carried in the Affirmative Nem: Con
And the same was Ordered accordingly.

Then Mr. Church Warden Green acquainted
the Gentlemen present that in pursuance of the
said Order the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor had been to Collier Row in the County
of Essex
and had taken a View of the Parish House
and Land there, and that

would keep the said House and Land in proper
Condition upon having a new Lease granted to him
of the Premisses at the same Rent of Ten Pounds
a Year.
