Item I give & bequeath albury said Moss Lands Tents Gardens & Hereditamts:
from & imediately after the Decease of the said Agnes my Wife unto the Master &
Wardens and Brothers & Sisters of the Fraternity or Guild of St: George of the
men of the mistry of Armourers in the City of London and to there Successors
Masters & Wardens & Brothers & Sisters of the Fraternity or Guild of St.
George of the men of the mistery of Armourers of the Citty of London for ever
They or their lawfull Assigned yearly giving & distributing to & amongst the
Poore People Inhabiting within the Parish of St. Dionis Back Church in
London aforesaid from and after the decease of me and my said wife for
ever Betweene the Feast of the Birth of our Lord God and the Feast
of the Purification of our Lady as much Coales & Faggotts as shall
amount or be worth in all the Sume of Fifty shillings of lawfull money
of England And also they paying yearly to the Clerke of the same Pish
Church Two shillings upon Condition he the same Clarke do bring yearly
to the same Master & Wardens at some of their Courts to be holden in
their Common Hall in London betweene the Feast of St. Michael the
Archangell and the Birth of our Lord God the named of all the poore People
within the same Parish to the intent it may be registed in the same
Hall what poore persons are releived in the same Parish by this my
bequest
