Whereas the above bound R:H: is chosen Churchwarden within
for the Parish abovementioned & by vertue of the said Office will have
the rare and Custody of all such plate Books Writings Limmen
& other Goods Furniture & Ornaments of the Church or Parish aforesd.
& to whom also belongs the Receipts & Disbursemt: of money to & for ye: use of
the said Parish Now the Condicon of the above written Obligacon
is such That if ye. sd. R: H: his Heires Exters or Ad ford are & shall well &
faithfully make up & give unto such person or Persons and at such time &
timed as by Order of Vestry shall be appointed for receive the same or
just true and perfect Account of all such plate Lumen Booked
Writings and office Goods and things Furniture & Ornaments aforesd.
(Casuallyes by Fire and Robbery excepted) which during his continuance
in the sd. Office shall come he his hands and possion & of all [..] &
disbursemts: of money by him rates & paid to & for ye: use of Ye. Sd. Pish & of
all other things by him transacted in the sd. Office And also if Ye. sd: R:
H: his haired Exters or Adtors upon such Accot: (there being first pd. & satisfiedor
dronctee & allowd. outs him or them all Ye: instreasonable or necessary Charge
payments & Disbursemt: of the sd: R:H: in his sd. Office pd. laid out & expended
dec & shall deliver up & satisfy of such time as aforesaid unto such person or
persons so as aforesd: to be appointed all & singular Ye: sd: Plate Bookes to writing
Limen & office Goods & things Furniture & Ornamts: wth: shall as aforesaid come to
Ye. hands & possion of the said R:H: together with all such money as shall
remained in his or their hands ever & above Ye. Charges paymt:: & disbursement [..]
