and the Question being put on the said Motion It past in the
affirmative

Ordered that Mr Frederick Rgou be Excused from serving all
Parish Offices for one year.

Then Mr Richard James< no role > was put up to serve the office of
under Church Warden for the year ensuing and Chose

Then Mr Henry Newton< no role > and Capt William Wyld< no role > were severally
put in nomination to serve the offices of Sidesmen for the year
ensuing and Chose

And Mr Lewis Dymoke< no role > and Mr George Clarke< no role > were severally
put in nomination to serve the offices of Collectors for the Poor for
the year ensuing and Chose

Ordered That Mr John Bennett< no role > be continued Organist for the
year ensuing and Mr John Cooper< no role > Keeper of the Fire Engines and the
Widdow Parker Sextoness< no role > and Organ Blower< no role >

Ordered That Mr George Maynard< no role > Mr Robert Crafton< no role > Mr John
Perkins Mr< no role > John Theed< no role > Mr John Chauntrell< no role > and Mr Thomas Hunter< no role >
or any three of them be appointed auditors to audit the Account of
Mr Robert Bagley< no role > the same to be audited in a Month

Ordered That the Widdow Parker be allowed the Sum of 2s P
Week for the year ensuing to Commence from this day in Consideration
of her low Circumstances and of Sickness in her Family

But a Complaint was afterwards made by several gentlemen
present at this Vestry against the said Widdow Parker for Neglect of
Duty In not keeping the Seats of the Pews clean and taking the proper
Care of the Curtains of the organ Soft and other Matters and being
called In She was Reprimanded at the Table by the Church Wardens
for her said Neglect and she promised not to give any Occasion of
Complaint for the future

A Complaint was also made by several gentlemen present
at this Vestry against Mr John Winter< no role > Oswin the Parish Clerk for
Neglect of Duty In not attending in time at prayers and other
matters and being called In he was also Reprimanded at the
Table by the Church Wardens for his said Neglect and He
promised not to give any occasion of Complaint for the future

Then the gentlemen present took into Consideration the
Allowance made to the said Mr Oswin as parish Clerk
