An order of Vestry made the 30th.
Septr. last for Appointing a Comee
to make A final Agreemt. with the
Parish of Allhallow's Lombard
Street & to Determine All Matters
in Difference be Confirmed.
At this Vestry Mr. Church Warden Fell moved that An
Order of Vestry made the 30th: Day of September last for
Appointing a Committee to make a final Agreement with
the Parish of Allhallow's Lombard Street
touching their
Demands on this Parish, and to Determine finally all other
Matters in difference between the said two Parishes be now
read and the Same was read accordingly
Ordered that the said Order of Vestry made the 30th:
Day of September last be Confirmed
The Agreement read &
Confirmed.
Then Mr. Church Warden Fell Reported from the Committee
appointed to determine finally all Matters in Differrence
between the said two Parishes that they had come to a
final Agreement with a Committee of the Parish of
Allhallow's Lombard Street
touching the said Matters
in Difference
Ordered that the said Agreement be laid before the
next Vestry.
Ordered that An Order of Vestry made the 22d: Day of
April 1742 for Choice of Parish Officers be now read
and the Same was read accordingly
