Mr. Spackman moved that the
prsent Church Wardens shod. be
Empowered to Settle the sd. Acct:
with the C. Wardens of alhallow's
& to allow for ye. Maintainance
of each person a sum not
Exceeding 1s: P Head P week
& to be indemnified, But if
the C: Warden's of alhallow's
shod: refuse to accept ye. Same
Then they are to report their
Proceeding's to the next Vestry.

Motion it passed in the
Affirmative.

was delivered in at the Table to be perused, And the Gentlemen
then present proceeded to take the said Account into Consideration
and after some time spent thereon It was moved by Mr
Spackman that the present ChurchWardens should be empowered
by this Vestry to settle and Adjust the said Account with the
ChurchWardens of the Parish of Allhallows Lombard Street and to
pay and allow for the maintainance of each person named in the
said Account for the time therein specifyed a Sume not exceeding
one shilling per Head by the Week, and to be Indemnifyed for
such payment, But if the ChurchWardens of the parish of Allhallows
Lombard Street should refuse to Accept the same, Then the
ChurchWardens of this parish are to Report their Proceedings at the
next Vestry, that such further Order and Resolution may be made
and taken thereon as shall be Judged for the benefit of this
Parish: and Mr Spackman being Seconded, the Question was put
on the said Motion, and past in the Affirmative

Ordered accordingly

Ordered that the present Church Wardens be empowered
by this Vestry to settle and Adjust the said Account with the
ChurchWardens of the parish of Allhallows Lombard Street and
to pay and allow for the maintainance of each person named in
the said Account for the time therein specifyed a Sume not
exceeding One shilling per Head by the Week and be Indemnifyed
for such payment But if the ChurchWardens of the parish of
Allhallows Lombard Street shall refuse to Accept the same,
then the ChurchWardens of this parish are to Report their
proceeding to the next Vestry, that such further Order and
Resolution may be made as shall be Judged for the benefit of
this parish.
