Then Mr. George Scullard< no role > moved to repair and Beautifye the
Church, and also to Gild the Parish Organ and have the Commandments
at the Communion Table new Wrote.

Referred to a Comittee to
take an Estimate of the
Charge.

Resolved (after Debate) that it be referred to the Consideration
of a Committee to consider of the Repairs and to take an Estimate of the Charge thereof and Report
the same with their Opinion to the next Vestry.

A Committee appointed

Ordered that the above Gentlemen who are appointed
Auditors of Mr. Wests Accounts together with the Church
Wardens Mr. Richard Tirrell< no role > , Mr. James Hebert< no role > , Mr. George
Scullard and< no role > Mr. Thomas Cartwright< no role > or any Seven of them be
a Committee.

and that they be all duly
Summoned.

Ordered that all the aforesaid Gentlemen at every
Meeting of the said Committee be duly Summoned to Consider
of the said Repairs and take an Estimate of the Charge
thereof.

referred, Reported that his
proposall would be for the
benefit of ye parish.

Then Mr. Church Warden West Reported from the Committee
to whom Mr. [..] Salvadores proposall was referred That it
was the Opinion of the said Committee that Mr. Salvadores
proposall would be for the benefitt of the Parish.

Resolved to agree with ye
said Committee

Resolved (after debate) that this Vestry do Agree with
the Report of the said Committee and that Mr. Salvadore be
impowered to Convert a Small Messuage in Limestreet
(belonging to this Parish and adjoyning to his Dwelling
house) into a Warehouse Agreeable to his proposall.

A Complaint made that
Mr Gyles refused to pay the
Poore rate

A Complaint being made that Mr. Gyles refuses to
pay his Rate

Ordered ye Vestry Clerk to
attend and know his reasons
& Consult on Methods to
Oblige him to pay ye same.

Ordered that the Vestry Clerk do Attend Mr. Gyles
to know his reasons for such Neglect if he persists therein
to Consult on proper methods to Oblige him to pay the same.
