by the Master and Wardens for the time being & Such
as have been Master and Wardens or this Most Part
of them to Assemble at their Hall in their Livery's &
Shall Nominate Such Number of Persons to be Put in
Election for Master & Wardens as they Shall think
Fitt for Said Office out of which they may Choose
one Master and 3 Wardens, Which after Swearing
Shall have Power to maintain and Execute all
Matters touching the Said Mistery for 1 Year.

If any Persons Chosen Master and Wardens refuse
the Said Office or Die within the Terme, then the
Master and Wardens Surviving with Such as have
been Master or Wardens with the livery of those Present
within 14 Days Next After Refusall or Death, Shall
Elect and Choose Another in the Place of him or them
So Refusing or Deced. And the Same Person So Elected
to Occupy out the Year Vide Follo 2:3.

All Persons belonging to the Company upon
Notice given of Election to Assemble together in their
Livery's to hear a Sermon at Such Place as Shall be
Assignd

And Every Person So Warned & making Default
to forfeit and Pay 6s 8d to the use of the Company at
the Direction of the Master and Wardens(follo 4)

The Said New Master and Wardens within a
Month after Election to take upon them the Charge to
Support Maintain and Execute. and alsoe take their oaths
for Performance & upon Refusall to Perform to forfeit
and Pay £5(follo 5)

The old Master and Wardens within 6 Days after
they or ones are Sworn in the Presence of ye New & 6
Discreet Persons of the fellowship as have been Master
and Wardens Shall Exhibit A True Account to be Examined
and Allowed by them or the Greater Part of them, and
Deliver up their Book or Books of Accounts unto the Said
