New Master and Wardens, alsoe all mony's Jewells
and Plate with all Keys in their Custody. and all other
things Remaining in their hands belonging to the
Company, And the Same Account is to be Written by
the Clerk is a Leiger to Remain in their Comon Hall

Upon Refusall to make up Accounts and Non
Delivery of the things aforesaid to forfeit £10- fine
& 20s, Every Day After the sd 6 Days to be Levied for the
Uses Aforesaid-(follo 5:6:

All Jewells Plate Ready mony and other things.
to be Kept in the Comon Hall, and the Keys of the Same
to be in the Keeping of the Master and Wardens
and others as Accustomed, and if any of them are
Sick or out of the City they then are to Appoint others
as have been Master or Wardens to take the Keys
and Supply his Room upon Pain to Forfeit to ye Use
aforesaid 13s..4d-(follo 7)

Once a Month or aftner if Needfull to hold Courts
to be Kept by the Master Wardens for the time being
or three of them together with 2 as have been Master
or Warden to Determine all Controversies Debates & [..]

Generall Courts Comonly Called Quarter Days
Shall be held 4 Times in the Year Unto which
Shall be Summoned the whole Fellowship, At
which time all ordinances Etc a-(if needs so Require
Shall be Read unto them. And whosoever Warned
Dont Appear and having Appeared Depart without
Lycence not haveing Lawfull Excuse to be Discesucd
By the Said Master and Wardens Shall forfeite
