The Renter Warden returned ye. East India Bonds, which were putt into the
Chest, & the Note for ye. Same taken out, he having recd. for Interest due at
Michas last Twelve pounds three shillings.

Dividend.
The Renter Warden has likewise recd. for ye. Dividend of three hundred and
Sixteen pounds five Shillings Bank Stock the Sume of Twelve Pounds
Thirteen Shills due at Michas 1718.
Mr. Fordhams repairs
of Ovens house.
Ordered That Mr. Fordham have a Lease of late Ovens house at Eight
pounds P annm for twenty one years from Xtmas. next, the Company
doing the necessary repairs as shall be thought fitt by the Master &
Wardens, Comon Covents. in ye. Company's Leases.
