proper persons to be putt in Noiacon for that purpose, Do according to a power
given them by an Ordinance in that behalf, as also by antient Custom Resolved
& Agree, that the persons hereafter named shall be in Noiacon for that purpose
for ye. year ensueing, Vizt.
