Sr : Gabriell Roberts< no role > came and acquainted this Court that the Lease
grannted to him by this Company of the Companyes Hall is almost expired
and that he was willing to take A new Lease for 9 or 10 yeares upon these
conditions following.

First That the Company shall at their proper Costs and Charges made A Warehouse
at the further end of the garden Under the Enterteyning roome

2dly That the Pertition in the Parlour next the Kitchin be put further back.

3dly: That the House of Easemt. be raised to A convenient Height.

4thly: That the Prmisses. be whited and A new Window made in Madam Wolfes Chamber

5thly: That the Company shall pay and discharge all the rent that shall from
time to time growe due for the New River water

Ordered

That when Sod: any worke be to be done for the Company that will amount
to above Tenn Pounds, The same worke of what kinde so ever the same
shalbe, shalbe first viewed and an estimate given by Severall Persons, so
that the Person who will doe the same cheapest and best, may be from
time to time imployed by the Company to doe the same
