And it is Ordered by this Court that all the Members of the said
respective Companyes(except such as are hereby removed)who at the times of the
late Surrenders of their severall Charters were of the Livery of the said respective
Companyes and by that meanes deprived thereof be againe restored & readmitted
to their said former priviledge of being of the Livery of the said respective
Companyes as fully and effectually as they were at the times of the said
Surrenders and that they hold and enjoy the same place and precedence in
their said Companyes that they held at the times of the said Surrenders, And
it is Ordered by this Court that the Names of all such Members of the said
respective Companyes as are to be restored to the Livery in Pursuance of his
Majtyrs: Comand and this Order be presented to this Court in writeing in
One Colume And that the Names of all other their respective Livery Men now
remaining and not hereby displaced be presented in another Colume at ye same time

Wagstaffe.

The Severall Lists mentioned in the afore entred Orders were forthwith
prepared and delivered to Mr. Towneclerke by me James Stone< no role > Cl.

The 18th: October 1687 .

In Obedience to the Orders afore entred Severall Members were Sumoned
this day to appeare who were restored to the places of Assistants according to
their precedencies. The Psons appearing and restored to the Assistants were
Samuell Berry< no role > Senr . William Younge< no role > , Henry Peirson< no role > & John Warren< no role > .
After which the Court of Assistants, with the Livery of the Company who
were also Sumoned to Appeare proceeded to elect A new Master and Warden in
the places of Edward Winston< no role > Mar. and Tho Kentish< no role > Warden who were dissmist
by the late order of the King & Councell and there was elected for Midle Warden
Henry Pottinger< no role > who prayed to be admitted to A Fine for the same and it
was grannted. After which there was Chosen for the yeare ensueing.
