to him of the Companyes Hall for the terme of Tenn yeares to Comence and take
effect from Ladyday 1689 at the yearely Rent of One Hundred Pounds with and
under the same Covennts as are Conteyned in the old Lease(damages that may happen
by Fire to be therein excepted)and that the Severall Propositions and demands made
by the said Sr . Gabriell Roberts< no role > the last Court day shalbe complyed with and done

late in the possession of Mr. Corbridge as to the Repaires thereof, And that any Three of them
shall have power to Agree with workemen to repaire the same, as soon as conveniently
they can.
