And it is Further Ordered, That the Clerkes of all the said Companyes doe
bring to this Court in writeing an Account of their proceedings herein together
with the Names of their Masters or Wardens when Chosen and their Court of
Assistants when compleated as aforesaid.

Whereas his Majty: by Letters Pattents under the Great Seale of England
hath grannted, ordeyned and established That all the Misteries and Companyes
of or belonging to this Citie and all their Members should be under the Governmt:
of this Court, And that this Court should appoynt and order Which of the said
Companyes should have Liveries, And that all Members of the said Companyes
chosen or to be chosen into the Livery should before admission to that place be approved
or might be rejected by this Court, And also that this Court should or might from
time to time at their discretion dismisse, remove and discharge any Person or Psons
now being or that hereafter shalbe of the Livery of the said Companyes from the
said place. And Whereas his Majty: by his Letter under his Signe Manuall directed
to this Court hath signified by his Royall Will and pleasure. That the Severall
Persons hereunder named should by this Court be forthwith removed and discharged
from being of the Livery or Livery men of their respective Companyes within this
Citie, And his Majty: therein takeing notice That at the times of the late Surrenders
of severall of the Charters, Powers or Priviledges of divers Companyes within this
Citie in the Reigne of his Majtye: his late Dearest Brother Many Members then
of the Livery or Livery Men of their respective Companyes were thereby displaced
and have ever Since bin deprived and debarred of their former priviledge of being
of the Livery of their respective Companyes, And his Majty: thereby further Signifying
That being well persuaded of their Loyaltie and duty and fully resolved to encourage
and Countennce all his Subjects of dutifull behaviour towards his Majty: and his
Governmt : so long as they continue to act accordingly, It is Majty: declares his
further Will and pleasure That this Court should cause the said Severall Psons
who at the time of the said late Surrenders of their severall Charters were of the
Livery of their respective Companyes and by the meanes aforesaid were thereof
deprived to be againe restored(except such onely as are here under named)to their
said former priviledges of being of the Livery of their respective Companyes as fully
and effectually acting at the time of the said late Surrenders Any thing to the
Contrary thereof notwithstanding, This Court doth therefore pursuant to the powers
grannted by the Letter Pattens aforesaid And in Obediance to his Majtys: Comand
Signifyed by his Letter aforesaid Remove and discharge the severall Persons here
under named from being of the Livery or Livery Men of the respective Companyes
of this Citie here after mentioned.
