Court day Continued Novr. 7th 1738

A Mocon next made at this Court that the Court of Assistants
Should be Sumoned every Court day at [..] Nine in the
Morning [..] And that every Member that [..] appeared in the Court Room
before Bethlem Clock should shich Ten that Such Member should [..]
receive half a Crown for Court Money and if such member was not in
the Court Room before the Clock had struck he should lose his Court money

Threreupon & on debate of the Matter It is hereby Ordered that Mr. Hawkins the [..]
present Renter Warden & all Succeeding Renter Wardens of this Company for the future shall pay to each member
[..] of this Court who shall appear in time according to the above [..]
Mocon the Sume of two shillings & Expence And it is hereby further
Ordered that the Renter Warden for the time being shall change such
Court Money to the Companys Accounts & [..] the same
shall be allowed in his Accountsuponupon the Auditt

A Mocon [..] was also made that whereas it had for many years past
be on Customay for the Court of Assistants to breakfast in the Court Room
before they Proceeded to Business wch. look up a great deal of time & was
A hindrance to Business therefore as the above Order was made
it was moved that [..] no breakfast be in the Court Room on the Court days
Which is hereby Ordered Accordingly.

A Mocon was also madethatto Advance [..] the Quarterly Payments to
the Poor of this Company Vizt. from 8s. a Quarter they now receive to Ten
Shillings. Quarter Thereupon it was now Ordered that the Renter Warden
for the time being do payto rent poor Person10s. a peice to each poor
PersonQuarterlyon every Quarterly Payment and that thefirst Payment
first payment of 10s. a peice will be paid on the [..]
2423d. day of Decr. next.

Mr. Poole the Clerk of this Company & Mrs. Barnard the late Beadle , [..] Widow
[..] Acquainted this Company that Mrs. Lee who had been Tenent to the Company
many years for a little Tenement adjoying to the Clerks house was Dead & that
that had paid her Rent but indifferently for sevl. years & that the Comp had last
a good deal of Rent by the house Upon which Mr. Poole [..]
[..] told the Court shal be really wanted
more Room for the Carrying on his Business & Mrs. Barnard also acquainted the
Company that she was in posession of the two Middle Rooms in the sd. [..]
and she hoped the Company would Consider her CaseVide the other made
