Court day Continued 7th- Novr 1738

[..] Upon wch. the Company Longlyed with their
Request Andd Ordereddo hereby Order that Mrs. Poole the Clark shall
[..] have the ground Room which was the [..] sd. Mrs. Lees School Room
& all the Garnetts and that Mr. Bernard should have the two Middle Rooms wch. she
was now propsed of GratisAnd all the other paid of the house [..] Except
the sd. two Rooms wch. Mrs. Barnard is now in posession of Gratis.

Ordered that Mar. Osgood do new sett the Copper in Clarke wach house & raise the
Pavement to Carry the Water out & do which is necessary
