Ordered that the Clerk do Sumons Joseph Hazlam< no role > & Stephen Daniel< no role > to the
Court of Conscience to pay their Quarteridge due to the Company Q. 11s

Mr Isaac Wells< no role > now moved this Court that hemade bemight come on the
Livery of this Company the next call which was Ordered Accordly &
lives in Ironmonger Rowe by Oldsteat church .


Consented that Henry Padwick< no role > the late Apprentice of Peter Verstille< no role >
be assigned to Saml. Simpson< no role > Cit & [..] Mason by trade in Carpenter
for the Remainder of his time

Mr. Joseph Holmes< no role > the Companys Tenant at the Ambry in Westmr . now appeared
& proposed to have a New lease from the Company & to Cancell his old one
[..] Upon the following Terms

Ordered that the Master of this Company for the time being (with the Consent
of the Court then Sitting) shall have liberty to invite any Livery of the
Company who shall come to make use of the Company to Dine within the
Court of Assistance

Ordered that Mr Appleby do provide Musick on the Lord Mayors day as
Usual

The Auditors of the late Mr. Warden Bush's Accountnowmade their Report that he
had Received for the Companys use the Sume of £1120:18s:4d that he
had paid £1231:9s:4d therefore there appeared to be due upon the Ballance
of sd. Accot. to Mr Warden Bush the sume of £110:11s:0d which was paid to
Mr. Warden Bushhim As appears by his Receipt in the Auditt Book & Also in the
Company Leidger

NB

There was 45:8:0 taken out of the Companys Chest on the Audit day (being all the money in the
Chest except some half pence) and 65:3:0 was then lent the Company by
Mr. Boughton at £5- P Cent & for Securing the payment thereof the present Master
& Wardens (on the behalf of the Company) signed a Note Which was Reported to this
Court And this Court do now Indempnifye the Master & Wardens for so doing
