It is the Opinion of this Court that the Houses lett to Mr. Jones in
London Wall the Lease Expiry at Midsumer 1745 that £100 [..]
bepaidasked by Way of Fine and £10. P Ann Rent tax Free & in Case no Fine
is paid then to pay £50. P Ann Rent tax free And it is Ordered that the Clerk
do Write to the Tenant to know is he will Renew in Order that he
should have the Preference

Ordered that no Glovemoney be paid to the Ma: Wardens Assistants & Clerk
for the futurewhich wasthis Order was Occasioned byEstateReason the
