Ordered that the Clerk do waite on Mr. Gatton & Mr. Bentham Attorny to inquire
of themwhathow the affairs of Sr . Wm. Ogbornes< no role > [..] & Sr . John Caster Wills< no role >
Stand & to Make his Report to the next Court

Ordered that the Clerk do enter the Irih Account from the Ironmongers County

A Mocon was now made and the Question put Whether the Order made in Janry
Court 1740 in Respect to each Members having 5s. apeice Court money (who should
Appear in the Court Room at or before 11 o'Clock) should stand or be reversed
And this Court are of Opinion that the said Order in Respect to paying the money
shall stand, Only with this Alteracon Vizt. Ordered that from and after next Court
Every Member being in the Court Room at or before 11 o'Clock by the Great Clock at
Bedlam be intitled to 5s: for a Dinner to be paid at the place where you Dine after
Dinner is over. And it is further Ordered that if any Member who shall not come
to Court according to the time above menconed and shall come to Dinner shall
pay 5s. for his Dinner And it is further Ordered that the Clerk do make
true Copys of there Orders and send them to every Member of the Court of
Assistants before the next Court day.
